What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in hospital environments.
• Collect data, troubleshoot real-world situations, and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams.
• Communicate with hospital staff and occasionally members of the public about robot operation.
• Prioritize the customer experience and help maintain high service standards for hospital partners.
• Help design and implement operational processes as the customer-facing organization scales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer-service, written, verbal communication, organization, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and significant holidays.
• Must be local to Rochester, NY and work on-site.
• Employment depends on vendor credentialing, including immunizations, a background check, and a drug screen.
