What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees requesting technical assistance by phone, email, and helpdesk systems.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
• Research and resolve routine and moderately complex technical issues involving systems, applications, devices, access, and hardware.
• Guide employees through problem-solving steps and provide updates on solution status.
• Document, track, monitor, and escalate support requests when required.

Requirements

• Classes, an associate degree, or a technical certification in IT or a related field.
• 4–6 years of general work experience.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
• Ability to research, diagnose, and resolve basic technical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and a calm temperament.
