Dynamic PC Support

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA; requires driving to client locations, long-distance travel, and occasional overnight assignments.

Salary: $18.00/hour, plus an additional incentive for each closed call.

What you will do

• Repair and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and other client equipment.
• Support desk-side applications and infrastructure.
• Respond to client questions and technical issues professionally and accurately.
• Accept and complete assigned service calls within established service-level agreements.
• Track call activity, administrative records, assets, inventory, parts, and equipment accurately.
• Follow client service, safety, and operational policies.

Requirements

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant technical experience.
• Knowledge of relevant hardware and software.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients about technical issues.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, valid registration, and adequate insurance.
• Ability to drive to client locations, travel long distances, occasionally stay overnight, lift or move computer equipment up to 50 pounds, and provide a basic repair tool kit.
