NetSuite ERP Consultant (NetSuite)

Location: Hybrid work from a hirify.global office in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Denmark

What you will do

• Implement, configure, customize, develop, and support NetSuite ERP solutions for client projects.
• Analyze client business processes and technical challenges, then translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Define integrations, validate and migrate historical data, manage deployment activities, and provide go-live support.
• Facilitate client workshops and status meetings, deliver demonstrations, train users, and maintain system documentation.
• Support ongoing system use, define enhancement requirements, test alternative solutions, and implement system changes.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, finance consultants, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience with order-to-cash processes and/or production planning and control.
• Understanding of procurement and purchasing, inventory management, order-to-cash, CRM, and supply chain management.
• Experience as an ERP key user and/or in ERP system development; NetSuite experience is advantageous.
• Relevant educational background and the ability to identify business needs and design effective system solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
• Consultative, customer-oriented approach with strong organization, prioritization, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Business Central.
• Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Estonian language skills.
• Experience delivering sales demonstrations to prospective clients.
