Electrical Engineering Specialist (BESS): Leading multidisciplinary engineering projects for e-Houses, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Power Distribution Systems, and related industrial solutions with an accent on technical strategy, standards compliance, resource coordination, and project cost management. Focus on developing integrated electrical and automation solutions, coordinating execution through commissioning, and solving technical and delivery risks across global projects.
Location: São Paulo or Jundiaí, Brazil; occasional domestic and international travel and site visits required.

What you will do
- Provide technical leadership for multidisciplinary projects involving e-Houses, BESS, PDS, substations, and electrical infrastructure.
- Develop and validate engineering concepts in line with technical standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate engineering resources across design, Factory Acceptance Testing, installation, commissioning, and assisted operation.
- Lead technical risk assessments, solution development, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a technical reference for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, partners, and internal teams on local and global projects.
- Support bids through technical scoping, cost estimation, and resource planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Solid experience with power distribution systems, substations, e-Houses, BESS, or similar industrial electrical solutions.
- Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Knowledge of IEC, NEC, and IEEE standards and their application in engineering, compliance assessments, and field activities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial, cost estimation, and resource allocation skills.
- Advanced English required for communication with international teams and stakeholders.
