Global Services Portfolio Readiness Manager (IT Services)

Services Product Setup organization supporting global services portfolio operations and new service introductions.

What you will do

• Plan product support and solution portfolios across their lifecycle, including pricing alignment, service delivery, sales readiness, and related processes.
• Represent services in product and solution portfolio teams and incorporate service requirements into product development stages.
• Set up and modify service offers, deliverables, modifiers, and service SKUs for new launches.
• Develop business cases, validate solutions, and demonstrate the value of services based on customer requirements.
• Analyze portfolio and operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate across regions and global teams to implement innovative services, solutions, processes, and programs.

Requirements

• Work location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in service business management, service delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
• Medium to high knowledge of the IT and services industry.
• Knowledge of service offerings, end-to-end processes, tools, routes to market, and organizational policies.
• Ability to analyze root causes, influence different functions and geographies, build consensus, and think strategically.
