Request for Proposal Co-op Spring 2027 (January - June)

Hourly pay rate: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Draft responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and due diligence questionnaires for clients and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Sales, and other teams to develop language and validate responses.
• Support strategic projects by creating, updating, and consolidating resource documents.
• Maintain the RFP content management system, collect update data, and run and analyze reports.
• Track progress in Salesforce and assist with team meetings and ad hoc RFP projects.
• Prepare final submissions, including formatting, printing, collating, packaging, and shipping documents.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate co-op program through a college or university.
• Availability for a six-month commitment from January 13 through June 25, 2027, Monday through Friday, for 35–40 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Interest in investment management and exposure to the industry.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with Salesforce.
