Internal Sales Co-op Spring 2027 (January - June)

What you will do

• Maintain Salesforce-based C360 activity for the Inside Sales team, including advisor records and scheduled activities.
• Coordinate product materials, customized seminar invitations, postcards, books, and marketing literature.
• Provide daily market statistics and run weekly activity reports for the Inside Sales and Field Force teams.
• Prepare financial illustrations and bind materials for advisors and wholesaler meetings.
• Perform FINRA broker checks for compliance verification.
• Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and organize video conferencing.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate co-op program through a college or university.
• Availability for a six-month commitment from January 13 through June 25, 2027, Monday through Friday, for 35–40 hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.
