Team Leader, Operations (Member Outreach)

Location: Remote Flex in North Carolina, United States; remote work with a few in-office visits each year. Office attendance expectations depend on the role and distance from the Durham headquarters.

Salary: $66,998–$107,197 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the Risk Adjustment Concierge Member Outreach team and manage daily workload, operational goals, and performance expectations.
• Provide guidance on processes, procedures, escalations, and customer-facing issues.
• Coach, develop, train, and evaluate team members through regular feedback and formal performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish goals, monitor results, and address process or system gaps.
• Analyze trends, identify root causes, document issues, and implement corrective solutions.
• Conduct random work audits, review findings, and create performance improvement plans when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Seven or more years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Employment authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, customer service, and operational analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Excel experience with formulas, pivot tables, charts, filters, and operational tracking.
• Experience creating presentations, leadership updates, and reports in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Genesys Cloud, workforce management tools, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or Power BI.
