Community Lead, Campus at Warner (Woodland Hills)

Location: Woodland Hills, California, United States; on-site five days per week

Base pay: $65,000 per year, plus incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead hospitality and member engagement for the building, anticipating needs and delivering personalized support.
• Resolve member feedback and complex escalations using NPS data, while implementing proactive service improvements.
• Coordinate community events, desk coverage, move-in and move-out processes, service requests, and maintenance work orders.
• Own building operating standards, controllable costs, and compliance with health and safety protocols in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
• Support leasing tours, membership upgrades, ancillary service sales, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in hospitality, multi-unit retail, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders, from entrepreneurs to enterprise executives.
• Experience using data, Qualtrics, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools to support decision-making and member satisfaction.
• Proactive, accountable, entrepreneurial approach with a strong work ethic.
