Senior SoD Engineer (IAM)

Location: Onsite in Detroit, MI, with the option to work from Dallas, TX. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. No immigration sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Execute and maintain Separation of Duties standards, controls, and procedures aligned with the NIST framework.
• Develop and implement process maturity improvements for the SoD program.
• Partner with the Program Manager to deliver Identity & Access Management projects and key deliverables.
• Work with risk, application, entitlement, and infrastructure stakeholders to identify, implement, and maintain SoD controls.
• Develop and deliver Separation of Duties matrices and manage access conflicts and toxic combinations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
• At least 4 years of experience understanding roles, entitlements, and toxic combinations with business stakeholders.
• At least 4 years of experience gathering requirements and delivering Separation of Duties matrices.
• At least 4 years of experience executing IAM controls and processes.
• At least 2 years of experience using and configuring SoD policies in SailPoint.
• High school diploma and current authorization to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
• Experience in banking, risk management, or audit.
• Strong communication, integrity, adaptability, and delivery skills.
