Manager, Identity and Access Management

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery for the Identity and Access Management department.
• Partner with IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Business Operations, and Data Center Operations on IAM capabilities and security frameworks.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, recruit, and develop IT staff.
• Define and support strategic plans for identity technologies, policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Direct technological research based on organizational goals, industry trends, and emerging user projects.
• Forecast financial requirements, prepare the annual IAM budget, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related Information Technology or Information Security experience.
• 3+ years of IT management and direct people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Experience designing, implementing, and enforcing IT security policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Information Security or IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CIAM.
• Experience in the automotive, auction, or e-commerce industries.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and loss prevention practices in a corporate IT environment.
