Senior Director, Global HEVA Neurology, Early and Pipeline Assets

Location: Morristown, New Jersey or Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid with 3 days in-office and approximately 15% travel

What you will do

• Develop and execute global HEVA strategies for early neurology pipeline assets, including Alzheimer's disease, wet and dry AMD, and other neurodegenerative conditions.
• Drive business and market access impact by translating HEVA insights into commercial and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee the design, execution, and publication of health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence studies.
• Partner with commercial, US HEVA, clinical development, regulatory, and cross-functional teams to align evidence with asset value and differentiation.
• Build relationships with payers, health technology assessment bodies, academic institutions, research partners, and key opinion leaders.
• Support mentoring, department-wide initiatives, senior leadership presentations, and external scientific engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
• Advanced degree such as PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in health economics, epidemiology, public health, economics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in health economic modeling, real-world evidence generation, evidence synthesis, and outcomes research methodologies.
• Experience in neurology and a deep understanding of global health technology assessment and payer decision-making frameworks.
• Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulatory guidance for real-world evidence and promotional guidance differences between the US and the rest of the world.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex projects, timelines, and budgets.
