Technical Advisor (Identity Security; French or German)

Location: Local office in Madrid, Spain

Salary: €59,400–€100,064 annual base salary, plus potential performance-based compensation and equity participation.

What you will do

• Own multi-year platform adoption roadmaps for strategic enterprise accounts across Identity Security Cloud, Agentic Fabric, Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, and Harbor Pilot.
• Architect unified identity governance models covering human, machine, and AI agent identities, including lifecycle management, policy frameworks, and access controls.
• Advise CISOs, CIOs, and VP-level engineering leaders on identity security strategy, regulatory architecture, and technology investment priorities.
• Define value measurement frameworks and quantify breach risk reduction, compliance gains, and operational cost avoidance for executive reviews.
• Guide AI agent governance through discovery, risk-tier classification, and least-privilege enforcement.
• Identify cross-account architecture patterns, support customer renewals and expansions, influence product and engineering roadmaps, and mentor less senior advisors.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with identity and access management, identity governance and administration, and enterprise security architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Principal-level experience advising executive stakeholders and leading complex enterprise identity governance transformations.
• Fluent French or German required.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements such as DORA, NIS2, SEC cyber disclosure, SOX, and HIPAA into actionable identity governance architectures.
• Relevant hirify.global platform certifications are strongly desired.

Nice to have

• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or CISA.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, AWS, Workday, NERM, DAS, or the Atlas extensibility platform.
