Customer Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA

Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do

• Provide exceptional support to customers by identifying coverage gaps and qualifying discounts.
• Handle inbound calls regarding auto, home, and motorcycle insurance policies.
• Develop deep product knowledge to guide customers through the hirify.global app.
• Solve complex problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Process service requests including vehicle updates, driver changes, and policy documentation.
• Contribute to product improvement by sharing customer feedback with the development team.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the insurance industry.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
