Senior Growth Designer

hirify.global is hiring a Senior Growth Designer for its Growth department.

What you will do

• Design and iterate on landing pages, quiz screens, paywalls, and other web funnel experiences based on growth hypotheses and A/B tests.
• Build reusable visual components and patterns for the internal funnel builder.
• Contribute to product screens, user flows, and UX beyond growth initiatives.
• Partner with Growth, Acquisition, Product, Analytics, and Development to turn hypotheses into experiments and keep work visible.
• Own the design system and maintain clean Figma files, component consistency, hypothesis tracking, and version documentation.
• Monitor funnel metrics and use conversion performance data to guide design decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Growth Designer, Product Designer, or Web Designer, with strong experience in web funnels and performance design.
• Professional Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, design systems, and organized file structures.
• Understanding of web funnel logic, conversion performance, and key metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve complex problems quickly, develop alternative concepts, and defend design decisions with arguments and data.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, initiative, communication, and structured workflow management.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Motion design or micro-animation skills.
• Performance advertising creative experience.
• Experience with subscription or AI products.
