What you will do

• Support the Cost Accounting team with daily and monthly close activities.
• Review new product creations and raw material additions for accurate data and costing.
• Identify and review purchase price variances and help drive their resolution.
• Maintain and distribute labor reporting to production plants.
• Analyze cycle count and scrapping adjustments for accuracy and SOX compliance.
• Contribute to cost roll analysis, month-end close activities, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program focused on Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands, initiative, and independence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Nice to have

• Sophomore year status or higher.
