Product Development Associate, Men's

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY; 100% on-site

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Support men's product development from initial sketches through SMS, Fit, and PPS samples.
• Coordinate material, trim, sample, tech pack, BOM, SKU, and product data development across PLM and internal systems.
• Source vendors, request submissions, manage trim selections, prepare purchase orders, and track MOQs and delivery timelines.
• Maintain WIP trackers, trim and material libraries, sample records, product knowledge documentation, and development status updates.
• Communicate daily with vendors and global factories regarding samples, pricing, approvals, risks, and sampling and bulk-production timelines.
• Assist with cost analysis, margin targets, collection adoption, and HTS code validation with the logistics team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product development experience.
• Solid understanding of garment construction; men's product experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Effective communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems; Google Sheets experience is a plus.
