GCM Client Administrator I - Loan Agency

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 hourly

What you will do

• Support the Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships and routine internal business activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for private and institutional clients, addressing inquiries and resolving requests.
• Process account transactions, including cash disbursements, trades, account balances, new accounts, discretionary distributions, and trust terminations.
• Coordinate with internal and external service partners and escalate urgent issues appropriately.
• Prepare documents and recommendations that support client strategies and revenue-generating activities.
• Maintain administrative controls, risk standards, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least three years of combined higher education and/or work experience.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and work effectively with internal support areas.
• Analytical ability, professionalism, integrity, and confidence working with highly capable clients and colleagues.
• Ability to learn and use pertinent software applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• Progress toward CCTS certification for a corporate trust focus.
• Experience working in a team environment.
