Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP) Arizona Licensed (Ketamine Therapy)

Location: Remote; active Arizona PMHNP licensure required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation based on 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through video consultations.
• Assess client needs and determine whether hirify.global is an appropriate treatment option.
• Educate clients about ketamine therapy, including its science, safety, and treatment experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Coordinate whole-person care with hirify.global guides and provide a trusted client experience.
• Use client insights to improve clinical protocols and the care model.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Strong video consultation skills with a warm, professional, and attentive communication style.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, troubleshoot independently, and use AI to support client outcomes and administrative efficiency.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, psychedelic therapy, and evidence-based psychiatric care.
