Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP/PA) (Ketamine Therapy)

Location: Remote; Florida licensure required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD annual compensation based on 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations by video to assess client needs and treatment suitability.
• Educate clients about ketamine therapy, including its science, safety, and treatment experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Coordinate care with hirify.global guides to provide a whole-person client experience.
• Use client insights to improve clinical protocols and the care model.

Requirements

• Active Florida licensure as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience and active DEA registration.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional, fully present communication during video consultations.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, troubleshoot independently, and use AI to improve client outcomes and administrative efficiency.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and openness to evidence-based psychiatric treatments.
