Operations Maintenance Technician Senior (Electrical/Electromechanical)

Location: On-site across hirify.global stations in the Netherlands, including Schiphol and Eindhoven; travel across approximately 10 stations is required.

What you will do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on sorting systems, equipment, and supporting components.
• Execute maintenance activities according to MAXIMO schedules under the supervision of maintenance coordination.
• Identify equipment anomalies, resolve issues using established procedures, and escalate complex situations to maintenance specialists and senior technicians.
• Coordinate on-site providers and vendors and verify completion of maintenance work.
• Control spare parts, manage inventory, reorder components, and track deliveries.
• Record maintenance activities, parts usage, LOTO procedures, toolbox meetings, and related administrative work in MAXIMO and Excel.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant technical maintenance experience.
• Technical background and MBO-level studies in electrical, electronic, or electromechanical fields.
• Experience with electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, including bearings, shafts, and rollers.
• Ability to work accurately, plan and organize activities, solve problems, and collaborate in a team.
• English and Dutch proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Availability for an on-call schedule and on-site work across stations in the Netherlands.
