What you will do

• Develop strategic client growth plans aligned with business priorities and agreed objectives.
• Manage strategic client relationships and identify growth opportunities through ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate Analytics, Insights, Customer Service, and Commercial stakeholders to deliver solutions and recommendations.
• Lead issue escalations and ensure timely resolution of client challenges.
• Own the Net Promoter Score process and drive improvements in service quality and client experience.
• Provide leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams supporting assigned accounts.

Requirements

• University degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in client servicing, market research, consulting, consumer insights, marketing consultancy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of client sales and marketing challenges and the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Leadership experience managing strategic clients, projects, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent English and Turkish required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
