Process Operator II

Location: Suffolk, Virginia, United States of America; onsite night-shift role

Salary: $43,600–$63,943 per year, plus discretionary bonuses. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of successful employment.

What you will do

• Load, unload, transfer, sample, and handle raw materials and finished products using railcars, bulk trucks, storage tanks, and related equipment.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment and material transfer systems.
• Support railcar movement, forklift operation, package loading, warehouse activities, and other site logistics.
• Complete operational documentation and coordinate with production, laboratory, and site personnel.
• Participate in inspections, training, compliance audits, incident investigations, PHAs, and PSSRs.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas through 5S practices and support waste minimization and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient written and spoken English required.
• Technical training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform other physical site duties for extended periods.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and established operating practices.
