What you will do

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to acutely ill internal medicine and pediatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Administer medications safely according to patient age and clinical condition.
• Perform phone triage, communicate abnormal test results, and provide care instructions.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, pain management, and discharge care.
• Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, committees, and department projects.

Requirements

• Current nursing experience within the past five years or graduation from a nursing program within the past two years.
• Registered Nurse license valid in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Clinical judgment, critical thinking, patient assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• One year of experience in a pertinent clinical specialty.
• Proficiency in a second language.
