CT Technologist-Imaging Part Time Weekend Days (CT)

Location: Onsite at Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital, Lake Forest, Illinois

Salary: USD 39.36–51.17 per hour, plus premium pay for the Weekend Program

What you will do

• Ensure patient safety through screening, preparation, monitoring, post-procedure care, and positive patient experiences.
• Produce diagnostic-quality CT images using approved protocols and professional standards.
• Apply professional judgment to optimize image quality, review images, and initiate corrective action when needed.
• Administer contrast according to policy, including contraindication screening and patient monitoring.
• Operate imaging equipment, maintain room readiness, identify equipment issues, and coordinate service follow-up.
• Coordinate exam flow, prioritize time-sensitive studies, and maintain accurate medical records, image routing, and charging documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) accreditation required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferred: one year of experience.
• Preferred: ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification.
• Availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with on-call and holiday rotation.
