CT Technologist Weekend-Imaging Part Time Evenings

Location: Lake Forest Hospital, 1000 N. Westmoreland, Lake Forest, Illinois, United States. Onsite part-time role in the Weekend Program, scheduled for two 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Holidays are required when applicable.

Salary: USD 39.36–51.17 per hour, plus premium pay for weekend work.

What you will do

• Perform CT imaging procedures using approved protocols and Siemens Force scanners.
• Screen, prepare, monitor, and provide post-procedure care for patients.
• Administer contrast when applicable, including contraindication screening and patient monitoring.
• Review images for diagnostic adequacy and take corrective action when needed.
• Operate imaging equipment, maintain room readiness, and report equipment performance issues.
• Coordinate exam flow, prioritize time-sensitive studies, and maintain accurate medical records and image archive documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Accreditation required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Knowledge of applicable patient safety, radiation safety, infection prevention, and diagnostic imaging standards.

Nice to have

• One year of experience.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Computed Tomography (CT) certification.
