CT Technologist-Imaging Part Time Days Sign On Bonus Eligible

Location: Palos Heights, Illinois, United States; onsite. Part-time day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with alternating weekends and holidays.

Salary: $38.06–$51.38 per hour. Sign-on bonus: $5,000.

What you will do

• Perform CT examinations, including preparation for and assistance with computed tomography and interventional procedures.
• Screen, position, monitor, and support patients throughout imaging procedures while maintaining patient and staff safety.
• Operate CT equipment, select technical parameters, apply ALARA principles, and produce diagnostic-quality images.
• Administer oral and intravenous contrast according to patient history, protocols, physician orders, and department policies.
• Review images and protocols, complete reconstructions and series, transfer studies to PACS, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Perform equipment quality assurance, maintain logs, coordinate exam flow, and support scheduling, ordering, and supply activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Accreditation required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to work onsite during the stated day shift, including alternating weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow radiation safety, infection prevention, imaging, documentation, and regulatory standards.

Nice to have

• One year of experience.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Computed Tomography (CT) certification.
