CH Surgery Supply Chain Lead (MedTech)

What you will do

• Develop and deploy the end-to-end supply chain vision and strategy for the Switzerland and Austria Surgery markets.
• Integrate planning, customer service, distribution, and transportation to improve service, cost, inventory, and cash-flow performance.
• Partner with Commercial leadership on launches, tenders, portfolio management, demand agility, deal enablement, and supply-related customer negotiations.
• Own customer service performance, including OTIF, lead time, fill rate, dashboards, corrective actions, and rapid issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution and Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Lead and develop regional supply chain teams while advancing digital capabilities, continuous improvement, and best-practice adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations in highly matrixed environments.
• Proven success improving IBP/S&OP maturity and supporting enterprise-level decisions.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in demand and supply planning, inventory, logistics, customer service, and end-to-end supply chain management.
• Strong financial acumen, transformation leadership, stakeholder influence, and collaboration with Quality and Regulatory Affairs.

Nice to have
