Specialist Capacity Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Coordinate real-time physical capacity and material flow across internal logistics operations.
• Analyze inbound delivery volumes and outbound order forecasts to plan facility space and labor capacity.
• Balance inbound schedules to prevent overload at receiving docks and reception areas.
• Monitor goods movement from receiving and put-away through shipping to the 3PL.
• Resolve daily disruptions such as late trucks and minimize their impact on warehouse flow.
• Optimize stock transfer orders by balancing service levels, warehouse capacity, and sampling needs.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in warehousing or supply planning within a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience is preferred.
• Proven expertise with MRP and ERP systems; SAP/EWM experience is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills for aligning Supply Chain, Warehouse, and 3PL stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills for capacity bottlenecks and workload surges.
• Fluent French required; English is an advantage.
