Supply Planner SPM Visp 80%-100% (m/f/d)

Location: Fully site-based in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Own and execute the monthly supply planning cycle for Microbial operations, aligned with integrated planning, S&OP, and budget processes.
• Create, maintain, and improve the Supply Plan, Master Production Schedule, and medium-term capacity outlooks.
• Identify supply risks and constraints and develop mitigation strategies with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Finance.
• Improve supply plan accuracy through KPI definition, tracking, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Define inventory targets, manage new and phase-out materials, and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Maintain supply plans in SAP IBP and SAP ECC and provide functional oversight of MRP, scheduling, planning parameters, and master data governance.

Requirements

• Experience in supply planning or production planning, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or complex manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, MPS, MRP, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP and SAP ECC or comparable advanced planning systems.
• Analytical ability to translate data into decisions and actionable plans.
• Stakeholder management skills and experience building consensus across global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading planning processes or guiding planners and schedulers; a degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
