Analyst, People Operations (Dutch Speaker)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid model with 3 days per week working from home

What you will do

• Manage inbound employee questions through the ticket service system.
• Provide accurate HR support using the knowledge base and educate employees and managers on self-service resources.
• Escalate or redirect complex inquiries to HR, payroll, and external specialist teams.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files while handling sensitive information discreetly.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Dutch, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, issue-resolution, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to handle confidential HR information and high volumes of inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and typing.
• Experience in HR or customer contact centers, and familiarity with HR systems and policies, are preferred.
