Talent, Learning & Survey Data Lead (HR Data Governance/AI): Governing and optimizing talent acquisition, learning, and employee survey data across Workday Recruitment, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, and Snowflake with an accent on data quality, privacy compliance, and AI readiness. Focus on designing data models and pipelines, leading root cause investigations, and managing a team of three data professionals.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working
Salary: HUF 15,840,000–23,760,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the global data governance and master data management framework for talent acquisition, learning, and employee survey data.
- Lead end-to-end governance for the Workday Recruitment Module, including candidate lifecycle, requisitions, offers, and recruiting analytics.
- Define privacy-compliant, GDPR-ready data access policies, security classifications, and auditable change management processes.
- Shape the Snowflake data foundation, including pipelines, data sharing protocols, and consumption layers for talent analytics, learning reporting, and engagement insights.
- Translate business needs into reliable data requirements for HR, Technology, Analytics, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop three data professionals while improving data quality and adoption of global standards.
Requirements
- Experience in data governance, master data management, or HR data analytics, including leadership of data professionals.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and the Workday Recruitment Module; Workday HCM Pro and Workday Recruitment Module certifications are required.
- Experience with Cornerstone or a comparable learning management system, Qualtrics or a similar survey platform, and Snowflake or an equivalent data foundation platform.
- Hands-on experience with data cataloging, data lineage management, and data quality monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of data privacy requirements, particularly GDPR for candidate and employee data.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Data Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
