Customer Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

Location: Cardiff, England, UK; field territory covering Wales with regular travel required

What you will do

• Manage field sales and customer care activities for veterinary practices across the Wales territory.
• Sell pharmaceuticals, consumables, human medicine, Corporate Brand products, and related ranges.
• Grow sales, increase basket spend, and prospect for new business through field visits, phone calls, and video calls.
• Develop the territory using Qlik and Salesforce CRM tools.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while implementing strategies to increase market share.
• Respond to customer concerns, generate leads, collaborate across divisions, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Sales or veterinary sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in relationship management, selling, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• IT literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Wales territory.
