Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist - Balcones Heights

Location: On-site in San Antonio, Texas. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and some Saturdays.

What you will do

• Serve customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan application and account lifecycle.
• Handle loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments through phone, email, chat, and company systems.
• Meet individual and branch goals while providing responsive, empathetic service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and work toward performance goals.
• Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, Texas during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
