Business Application Manager - CRM & ERP Sales Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Hybrid role based in Mülheim-Kärlich, Germany

What you will do

• Own and optimize Sales processes across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and IFS Cloud ERP.
• Support and continuously improve Sales-related business applications and the global Sales systems landscape.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate sustainable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional system solutions and drive digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners worldwide.
• Facilitate workshops, user training, and documentation to support adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in Business Application Management, ERP/CRM Consulting, Business Systems Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order, quotation, pricing, and order management processes.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or IFS Cloud experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-fluent English required.
