Senior Specialist, Market Planning

Location: Must be located in Berlin or Helsinki and able to work in a hybrid model from a hirify.global office

What you will do

• Develop and refine a global courier supply planning model for large and small cities, accounting for holidays and special events.
• Build tools that help markets use supply levers effectively and achieve operational targets.
• Allocate supply levers within markets and translate high-level planning into market-specific actions.
• Investigate performance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with regional supply leads, local operations, courier marketing, finance, procurement, product, and analytics teams.
• Test and roll out improvements across planning, acquisition, onboarding, and activation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or strategic business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with a structured, pragmatic approach to complex problems.
• Proficiency in Looker, SQL, and Excel or Google Sheets modelling.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage stakeholders, and drive change with ownership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Located in Berlin or Helsinki and able to work hybrid from a hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Cursor, or Claude Code.
