Associate, Private Wealth Rotational Program – Montreal – Bilingual

What you will do

• Manage and grow a client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and client service.
• Build financial plans and provide comprehensive investment and financial planning advice.
• Complete a twelve-month rotation beginning in June 2027 across Private Banking, Wood Gundy, and Private Wealth Head Office based on business needs.
• Develop new client relationships through networking, local market analysis, business development, and community involvement.
• Collaborate with financial planning, business, investment, commercial banking, and private wealth specialists on retirement, investment, credit, trust, estate, and wealth protection planning.
• Join a hirify.global Wood Gundy Investment Advisory team after the program and continue the supported learning journey.

Requirements

• Recent graduate from May 2026 to May 2027 or final-year post-secondary student graduating in Spring 2027, pursuing Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related degree.
• Fluency in French and English required to serve clients in the community.
• Strong academic record, teamwork experience, extracurricular involvement, interpersonal, written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts, multitask, manage competing demands, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Successful completion of required CIRO licensing within six months of the start date.
• Demonstrated integrity, initiative, accountability, and interest in a financial services career.
