Senior Product Manager (Crypto)

Location: New York, United States; On-site

Salary: $250,000–$400,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Define and own the roadmap for crypto markets in the US app, prioritizing market formats, resolution mechanisms, and trader-facing features.
• Coordinate with engineering and design to launch and iterate on 15-minute, hourly, and weekly crypto markets.
• Work with market makers to improve liquidity and the structure of strike and up/down markets.
• Analyze trader behavior, volume, and liquidity data to identify product gaps and opportunities.
• Run experiments involving market formats, VWAP and TWAP resolution mechanisms, and retail onboarding flows.
• Track competitors such as Kalshi and represent the crypto product area in cross-functional planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience at a consumer-facing company.
• Track record of shipping high-impact features as a senior individual contributor.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, major assets, market dynamics, and retail trader behavior.
• Hands-on understanding of order books, market structure, and VWAP or TWAP price resolution mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, ownership, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with market makers or liquidity providers on product or market structure decisions.
• Experience with prediction markets, information markets, or event-based trading products.
