Cloud Data Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Gather, interpret, refine, and consolidate reporting requirements with stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Design and build efficient data models for reporting and analysis.
• Extract and transform structured and semi-structured data from SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, APIs, and other sources.
• Develop and publish clear, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent, secure, performant, and fit for purpose.
• Use AI-enabled tools, including chatbots, document automation, and analytics assistants, to improve efficiency while following AI governance and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Experience delivering business insight reports and dashboards with Power BI and Fabric.
• Experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Good working knowledge of SQL, API fundamentals, and data extraction and transformation techniques.
• Experience working in SaaS environments using Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into structured solutions.
• Awareness of data governance and security practices, plus the ability to use and assess AI-powered tools and prompts.
