Junior Data Operator (Sports and Gaming)

Location: Varna, Bulgaria; onsite in the Varna offices 4 days per week

Sports and gaming marketing company building player experiences and commercial data operations for a global team.

What you will do

• Perform manual data entry and updates supporting weekly commercial calculations.
• Maintain data quality, accuracy, coverage, and consistency across multiple platforms.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies before they affect business decisions.
• Partner with product teams to improve data visibility and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with account management, product, and operations teams on data management and process improvements.

Requirements

• Some experience using Excel or a strong interest in numerical data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bulgarian.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Varna four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM-style tools such as HubSpot or Jira.

• One-hour video interview with the Data Operations Team Lead and HR Specialist.
• Final 90-minute video interview with the Head of Commercial Operations, including a live Excel task.
