What you will do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
• Translate business objectives into campaign strategies and activation plans.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, delivery, and workflows across stakeholders and partners.
• Develop a balanced always-on and campaign-led marketing approach.
• Coordinate creative and media agencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Present campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of campaign management experience.
• Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing creative and media agencies.
• Understanding of brand and performance marketing, project management, workflow management, and budget management.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Additional marketing qualifications.
• Experience in financial services, luxury, premium, or professional services.
• German language skills.
