Forward Deployed Engineer (AI/Identity Security)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom; travel up to 15% as needed

What you will do

• Build foundational solutions, proof-of-value implementations, and technical demonstrations for enterprise customers.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and product architecture walkthroughs for prospective clients.
• Map customer technical requirements to SaaS platform capabilities and accelerate time-to-value.
• Partner with Solution Engineering, Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
• Use AI development tools and agentic workflows to create reusable implementation solutions and demonstration artifacts.
• Serve as a technical advisor for complex enterprise engagements and mentor newer engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or technology consulting firm.
• 3+ years of hands-on software implementation, technical advisory, or pre-sales engineering experience.
• Experience with software development, system configuration, SaaS architecture, web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Programming or scripting experience with Java, Python, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Strong communication and enterprise client presentation skills; comfort with AI prompting, agentic workflows, and human review of AI-generated code.

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration or Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Experience with hirify.global, Saviynt, One Identity, Oracle Identity Manager, or related platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce.
• CISSP, cloud, or hirify.global certifications.
