Registered Nurse CDH OR Full-time Evenings Sign-On Bonus Available

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; onsite evening shift from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., four days per week.

Salary: $34.50–$55.20 per hour. Sign-on bonus: $5,000 paid in three installments after 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year.

What you will do

• Assess acutely ill patients, identify expected outcomes, and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing interventions and document patient responses in the health record.
• Direct care delivery and determine the appropriate use of assistants involved in patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, and unit projects.
• Use research findings and other available evidence to guide clinical practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; an Associate Degree in Nursing is accepted with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of starting the clinical nurse role.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Internal employees and rehires who left hirify.global within one year are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Nice to have

• Experience in the relevant clinical area.
• Trauma Nurse Specialist, Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse credentials.
