Location: 231-235 S. Gary Ave., Bloomingdale, Illinois, United States. Onsite, part-time position with a rotating shift.
Salary: USD 17.05–22.17 per hour

What you will do
- Assist therapists with non-licensed patient care activities under direct clinical supervision.
- Monitor and communicate patient status changes, responses, pain, distress, and other observations to therapists.
- Operate, clean, and maintain rehabilitation equipment and related logs in accordance with infection-control and safety standards.
- Greet patients and guests, confirm identities, provide visit information, and communicate updates.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule rehabilitation visits across department and satellite locations.
- Support administrative operations, including authorizations, medical records, insurance and billing information, payments, cash-drawer closing, documentation, and inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to follow infection-control, documentation, equipment-safety, and regulatory procedures.
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients, families, therapists, and other departments.
- Ability to work onsite in Bloomingdale, Illinois, on a rotating shift schedule.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous healthcare experience.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Bilingual communication skills.
