Physician: Family Medicine - Huntley, IL

Location: Huntley, Illinois, USA; clinic-based role with Monday–Friday hours from 7 AM to 5 PM

Salary: USD 260,000–330,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered family medicine care to individuals and families across all age groups.
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions while promoting wellness and preventive care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families in a clinic-based environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in a call schedule of one week every six weeks.
• Use standard primary care equipment, onsite laboratory services, and the EPIC electronic health system.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid Illinois medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Ability to work onsite in Huntley, Illinois, during weekday clinic hours.
