About the Role

You will own developer experience end to end, including internal and external tooling. You will research, prototype, and implement solutions that reduce engineering friction, including practical AI applications. You will set goals, metrics, and roadmaps; gather user feedback and data; prioritize productivity barriers; write design documents; and manage the DevEx team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience and a hands-on engineering background, or direct PM ownership of a developer experience or developer productivity function
• Experience overseeing the product development lifecycle, including user research, design, implementation, and evaluation
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Lead the DevEx engineering team and improve feature delivery
• Define product goals, metrics, and roadmaps
• Conduct user research with engineering and product teams
• Write design documents and facilitate asynchronous decision-making
• Communicate context, priorities, and decisions
• Adjust priorities based on feedback, experiments, and new learnings
• Own developer experience and supporting internal or external tooling
• Research, prototype, and implement AI solutions that reduce development friction
• Gather user feedback and analyze data
• Prioritize productivity barriers and delivery impact
• Directly manage the DevEx team and support career growth
