Services Portfolio Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France; hybrid work with remote work available several days per week from France

What you will do

• Own the structure, scope, governance, and continuous improvement of the hotel IT service catalog.
• Define and manage the lifecycle of Hotel IT Standards, including validation, publication, exceptions, waivers, and transitions.
• Establish governance principles for referenced IT suppliers and align technology requirements with Procurement.
• Manage portfolio profitability, revenue, costs, ROI, business cases, and pricing strategies across regions and market segments.
• Coordinate Product, Business, Security, Operations, Finance, Regions, Procurement, technology partners, and hotel owners.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or an equivalent field.
• 5–7 years of experience in portfolio management, strategy, consulting, technology management, or digital transformation.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, franchise, or multi-site business environments is strongly preferred.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Strategic and tactical thinking, executive communication, influencing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead through direct and matrix organizations and use financial analysis and structured governance to drive decisions.
