Software Engineer II - Integration Engineering / iPaaS (Integration Platforms): Designing and maintaining API-led, event-driven, and batch integrations across enterprise applications, business partners, and SaaS providers with an accent on data transformation, API management, and iPaaS administration. Focus on administering Boomi and IBM Webmethods platforms, managing CI/CD and releases, and troubleshooting complex integration failures across cloud and on-premises environments.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy API-led, event-driven, and batch integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS, logistics, supply chain, finance, analytics, and external partner systems.
- Build and maintain data mappings, validation rules, and transformations using JSON, XML, XSLT, EDI, and related formats.
- Design, publish, secure, and monitor REST APIs and webhooks.
- Administer enterprise iPaaS and middleware platforms, including IBM Webmethods Hybrid iPaaS, Boomi, MFT, custom microservices, and APIs.
- Manage platform releases, deployments, access controls, patching, upgrades, logging, capacity planning, and CI/CD promotion across environments.
- Resolve integration failures and connectivity issues, support 24x7 operations, and collaborate with application owners, business analysts, DevOps, network, security, and vendor teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience with enterprise integration engineering and platform administration.
- Hands-on experience with modern integration platforms; IBM Webmethods Hybrid iPaaS, Boomi, MFT, custom microservices, APIs, and API gateways are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in backend programming or scripting with Python, Java, or an equivalent language.
- Experience with JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, GraphQL, X12, AS2, SFTP, SQL, and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, technical documentation, monitoring, and data-flow design skills.
