Technician, Equipment Engineering (Semiconductors)

Location: Singapore; onsite 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, equipment monitoring, and support-tool maintenance.
• Support production operations during 12-hour shifts by keeping equipment safe, reliable, and production-ready.
• Assist engineers with the installation and hookup of new or upgraded equipment.
• Monitor SPC charts, follow SOPs and process rules, use measurement instruments, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with specialists to improve manufacturing efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow environmental, health, safety, security, housekeeping, and tool-control requirements.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in Singapore and support overtime when required.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, ownership, accountability, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
